Construction Management Services include: establishing and maintaining a field office with sufficient space for owner representatives; compiling, bid, evaluate and recommend any required sub-contracts; supervising all on-site construction contractors; managing all construction contract changes; verifying contractor completion for progress payments; all field engineering, including quality assurance and inspection; establishing first aid facilities; developing a safety program and a set of procedures to ensure contractor compliance with all OH&S regulations; all scheduling to meet key milestones, cost control and reporting; coordinating of construction labour relations with all contractors; constructing security and fire prevention requirements; receipt and warehousing of all purchased materials; commissioning and start-up assistance; and producing as-built drawings and complete turnover documentation.
